We like to involve our clients in every aspect of the work we do for them and give them the tools to allow them to update and manage their website for themselves.

Our Team

Clair Yates, Managing Director

Clair was previously General Manager at Seven Creative Ltd, a web design and digital marketing agency that was set up in 2005. Clair worked there for 10 years before setting up Cerebral in April 2016. Previously Clair was a Marketing Manager for Land Rover UK and before that worked for various car manufacturers and retail groups.

Clair has 2 Bachelor degrees in Business Management and Business Administration, both majoring in Marketing, and a Masters in Business Management.

Jay Cook, Social Media & Communications Director

Jay joined the business in 2017. He has a background in IT, communications and logistics in various roles, including 15 years in the armed forces, where he provided communications training and strategic development. Jay's love of, and potential addiction to, social media has given him a wealth of experience of a wide variety of different platforms and how they can be leveraged for both B2B and B2C markets.

Alexis Huddart, SEO Manager

Alexis has been involved in SEO for over 15 years and has worked on projects with Clair for over 10 years. Alexis is an experienced web marketer, providing SEO and content marketing with targeted results. He has taken manywebsites from a meagre existence to impressive sales and turnover figures.

Ellie Storey, Content Creator Extraordinaire

Ellie has been producing outstanding web, blog, marketing and PR content alongside Clair for many years. Her love of English, coupled with a creative imagination and a real way with words, means that Ellie produces insightful, imaginative and engaging content on behalf of our clients.

Ellie has a Masters in Magazine Journalism and has a BA Honours Degree in English Language and Literature, both from the University of Sheffield.

 

The Cerebral team also includes two web developers, a graphic designer and a computer support and repair specialist.
